Each exercise can include two images, description and updateable daily log. Application comes with one pre-loaded exercise program. More programs can be downloaded from our web site through your Android phone, or created using free Olmatech Trainer Workout Builder Windows application, and then uploaded to your Android phone.

This is a free application, please download Windows (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7) version by clicking the image or this link - Olmatech Workout Builder for Windows and follow the instructions on the screen to install it (program requires Microsoft .Net 4.0 be installed to run).

In four easy steps you can create workout. Each exercise can contain name, description, number of repetition and sets, tempo, time to rest between sets and two images.

You can save your workout files to your computer and then export them to load to Android Trainer application.
